Genki Graphic was approached by Hanwha to solve their graphic design and print-marketing needs for an exciting new commercial development project in Niseko, Japan. The 120-unit project required a wide range of printed marketing materials prepared for their initial sales phase.
Genki Graphic studied the Style Guide for Matiè Niseko and developed new floorplans for use in all marketing materials going forward. These updated floorplan designs reinterpreted the original architect data and added complex and accurate colour information to better display the layout and interior decor of all units.
A comprehensive 32-page brochure was designed in three languages. In addition to steering the design of the project, Genki Graphic’s experience in the Niseko tourism and property market allowed us to generate in-depth and knowledgeable content to populate the publication and website.
A supporting M-fold brochure was also produced with special care placed in how each panel would reveal itself upon turning a page or when unfolded completely.
Both documents had extra special attention placed on the cover designs; the Brand Story states “Our name is derived from the French word ‘matière’ – referring to the unique way in which brush strokes, applied to canvas by an artist, impart a physical texture upon a piece of art.”
It was important to reflect this texture in the quality of sales materials by incorporating a combination of gloss, matte, and emboss special finishes to the printed products resulting in a richer sensory experience when engaged with on-brand items.
Further marketing support was provided in developing hundreds of branded supporting sales documents in multiple languages for the 120 units on sale as well as various promotional advertising, site cladding, and more.
Genki Graphic continues to support Matiè Niseko for ongoing marketing materials. Please watch this space for further updates.
